This introductory training is for mental health and wellness professionals, and those called to help heal others, regardless of degree or license, who are interested in learning how to use hypnosis to assist clients with their desired behavior modification through access to the subconscious mind. Accessing the subconscious mind allows the professional to guide the client to the source of their dysfunctional behavior patterns and create lasting change through post-hypnotic suggestions and NLP techniques such as ego strengthening, extinguishing unwanted patterns, reframing, anchoring a resource state, and collapsing anchors.
This training consists of 15 hours of instruction and hands-on practice in facilitating hypnosis with adults for purposes of behavior modification. Objectives of the course are to attain functional skills in facilitating hypnosis that are practical and ready-to-use. The course does not prepare participants to provide hypnotherapy to clinically treat issues such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addictions, depression, shock, phobias, or the like. Hypnotherapy is outside the scope of practice for which this introductory course is intended, and is available in our 6-Day Online Hypnotherapy Certification Training.
