Unlocking the Mystery of Your SubConscious Mind

Let’s begin with a little background information in regards to the brain, its basic functionality, and the unknown forces at play that create infinite human potential (there has been many books written on the subject and this is not an attempt to go into details or disclose scientific facts surrounding the study of the brain, further study may be required by you personally to gain a better understanding of the full functions of the brain. However, the physical make-up or scientific discoveries in terms of brain functionality is not the general focal point of the exercises… we will only focus on the unknown, spiritual, or non-scientific functions ‘consciousness and sub-conscious’ that are not easily discerned and cannot be qualified or quantified, at least not to-date by the scientific community).

Think of it this way, the conscious and sub-conscious mind is “one” mind with two very unique functions and the one cannot exist without the other, at least not in this physical world. Simply stated, consciousness is your wakened state that allows you to interact with the world as you know it, make choices and ultimately act or “not act” on the choices you make. The sub-conscious is primarily the underlying area of the conscious mind where true thoughts, feelings, expressions, and purpose of reality is imposed into our outward physical or non-physical environment, whether positive or negative, whether good or bad, and yes, whether you want it to happen or not.

The sub-conscious do not know if you want something or not, it is not biased one way or the other, and makes no determination on your thoughts or feelings until programmed for manifestation into the outer world and more importantly, impressed upon your inner-world (faith, beliefs, and knowing beyond the physical senses, sometimes referred to as your sixth sense that can indeed go beyond this physical world of known reality).

Again, it cannot be qualified or quantified; it just is, whether you believe in something or not. The sub-conscious is programmed through your conscious thoughts, feelings, suggestions (not forced suggestions), belief system (and non-belief system), faith in yourself and/or a higher power, and can be programmed while in a semi-sleep or sleep state when the conscious mind becomes inactive, but the sub-conscious is always “active” without fail, until you transition and become pure consciousness (“all” awareness) that is beyond this physical world.

Now, with an active conscious mind, “passive thoughts” occurs all the time (and many of your passive thoughts are “not” fulfilled or carried out) and on a daily basis, but once programmed into the sub-conscious mind, it becomes your reality—no ifs, ands, or buts about it, however, the sub-conscious mind only works with “specifics” and not generalizations. It is wise to “know” the specifics of your wants and needs before they become reality (or you could end up with something you don’t want or desire). In fact, the more “conscious thought” is impressed upon the sub-conscious mind, it remains until replaced with another thought to carry out, is carried out, or simply put, you transition from this world.

Now, once the subconscious is programmed, it can happen quickly or immediately (based on your desire for it to happen or you simply believe it will happen), in weeks, months, years, or even decades, however, once it takes root as programmed outcome or the result you seek whether good or bad, it will surely happen as your reality dictate without fail. Another function of the sub-conscious mind is predicated in your physical body… i.e. it keeps you alive and in this physical human existence without the need for conscious thought, such as your breathing, motor functions, and pre-programmed life functions that is critical to your individual survival… such as healing your body of wounds, maintain heartbeats and blood circulation, and all other bio functions of your organs that are automatically performed with or without your knowledge every micro-second of this human existence.

Now, the unknown or spiritual components of the sub-conscious are in fact limitless, diseases can be cured, your body can overcome life-threatening illnesses, intuitively avoid unforeseen events that may cause you physical or mental harm, the lame or disabled can walk and yes, the blind can see again, why this occurs, no one really knows, but real faith seems to kick the sub-conscious in overdrive to allow for miracles to happen, and in fact, what you truly believe (and somehow the sub-conscious can detect self-doubt) will and have to come into existence in this physical world, miracles can become a daily occurrence.

Stimulate the mind to focus on only what you have pre-selected as a need or want (be creative and have a deep desire for what you select as a visualization goal) in your life “Now,” (using the blindfold as a focal point to block your physical sight). You may select one need or want for the week which is best because the more you visualize this need or want, the more your mind will bring about what you desire. However, you may equally select a different need or want each day—the key is to only focus on one need or want during each day of the exercise or visualization session.

Hint: Everything that has, is, and will happen in your life, “you” cause to happen with your conscious thoughts that are programmed into your sub-conscious mind whether knowingly or unknowingly, through your “fears or confidence and/or feelings and deep concentrated desires, “through your belief system (right/wrong or indifferent), through your faith or lack thereof, through outside influences you allow to take root in the sub-conscious by the power of suggestion from others, and any/all things you believe to be truth or untrue will in fact influence outcome/results through programming the sub-conscious mind, the answers are within you and you alone, will you trust this power that is only found within your sub-conscious mind:

Caution 1: discretion is required and guard your “minds” both “conscious” and what you allow to take root in the “sub-conscious” against any and everything that is negative or unprofitable because you will get as a “result” what you think and believe to be true without fail.

Caution 2: take heed to what you allow to enter your mind from outside influences, passive or repeated suggestions of others, and do “NOT” think or wish negative thoughts, events, or circumstances by way of your sub-conscious mind upon others, because as you do so, they may in fact become someone else’s outward reality. In addition and more importantly, you must clear the mind of all previous thoughts of negativity, old programmed thoughts of lack and limitations, and commit to reprogramming the sub-conscious in the positive with a focus only on positive results.

Your sub-conscious, when programmed and/or reprogrammed for successful life changes will help you achieve your deepest desires and the exercises will begin to manifest in your life, and if the exercise become a common practice you will eventually possess the desires of your heart and begin functioning at a much higher rate of constant programming the sub-conscious for success in life—your discovery of this mental power coupled with a burning desire to actually possess what you want or need increases your inner-awareness and is released outwardly into a whole new reality of this human existence.

Finally, whenever you complete an exercise in consciously programming the sub-conscious mind, it is important that you detach from results, release control of outcome, and with the use of your inner-knowing, trust the sub-conscious to bring about the desired results.
